Breakfast, light lunch and dinner are provided during the residential workshops. You can help yourselves to tea and coffee throughout the day.
For two of your evenings you will be able to sample authentic Persian cuisine prepared by John and Charlotte, both dedicated cooks specialising in Persian food. For the rest of the week you will be able to choose from an exciting menu of French dishes, made using excellent local ingredients, and prepared by top-class chef Joeri Peeters.
Breakfast is a choice of cooked dishes, fruit, juices, and delicious bread and croissants fresh from the local bakery every morning.
