A Passion For Persian Rugs

We repair Persian rugs using traditional methods and tools, and we also run workshops designed to show you how to make your own rug.

We run residential and non-residential Persian rug workshops in an idyllic location in the south of France. Learn how to make a Persian rug using genuine tribal methods and wools.  Sample real Persian cuisine, and take home a beautiful miniature rug that you have designed and made yourself.

We also run customised courses if you want to learn how to repair rugs, or if you don’t want to attend the full six-day course.

Our workshops are run by trained oriental rug makers and repairers, with skills learned in the ancient cities of Isfahan and Shiraz.  We lived and worked in Iran for several years, and got to know and love the culture of this ancient civilisation.
