The workshops are run at the beautiful Domaine de Rodié, a spacious colonial-style house circa 1910, set in 62 acres of private land just by the river Orb.

The property was previously owned by Victor Cremieu, a French physicist and professor at the Sorbonne.  It was used as a summer house for family and friends, including the famous scientists Marie Curie and Albert Einstein.

It has now been fully restored into a hotel with four beautiful guest rooms, and a restaurant run by an excellent chef.

Set in the beautiful Languedoc-Roussillon, the hotel is within easy reach of the region’s wealth of activities.  Mountain walks, canoeing, cycling, visiting Cathar castles, sampling local produce, wine tasting, golf, 40 minutes to the beach, the list is endless.  Click here for some useful links about the area.
